Service Technician

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Boiler Service Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience servicing all boiler systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair work, ensuring that our clients' systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and repair services on boilers, including troubleshooting issues with combustion, fuel handling, and heat exchange systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to optimize system performance and longevity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company protocols.
• Collaborate with clients to explain technical issues, offer solutions, and recommend system improvements.
• Document service work, including problem diagnosis, parts used, and repair solutions.
• Remain current on Thermogenics technology updates, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience working with all boiler systems.
• Certification:
  Relevant boiler, or mechanical certifications are preferred
• Technical Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of boiler mechanics, combustion systems, and electrical control systems.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.
