who have not worked in the industry prior.

Forget school debt and "unpaid training." With Goettl, you're a paid employee from day one.

• $20.00 per hour while you train with high earning potential once you hit the field
• Your effort drives your success - the more you give, the more you achieve

Commit to two years of full-time employment with us after training. We invest in you, so we expect you to put in the work. If you leave the program voluntarily, we have a payback program for the cost of the training.

This program isn't for those who take shortcuts.
It's for people ready to WORK.

If you:

• Show up on time and ready to grind
• Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
• Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility (paid experience strongly preferred)
• Or already know a little about the industry or attended a tech program and want to go pro
• Are comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops
  - tech savvy is a MUST
• Can pass a background check & drug test
• Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
• Want a career, not another mid-level job

The training will last 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance, otherwise candidates will be eliminated. No pre-arranged absences will be allowed at this time.
