Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts ending by 7 PM

• At least two years post‑master’s experience in casework/permanency planning
• Experience working with youth who have had experiences with the Child Welfare system, Juvenile Justice system, and houselessness or who are housing insecure

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field

• Current Hawaiʻi State Professional Clinical License
• Valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract, and reliable insured vehicle
• TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Strong alignment with a non‑hierarchical, integrity‑driven, team‑oriented culture
• Ability to interact effectively with youth from diverse backgrounds and challenging circumstances

• Provide clinical and casework services for youth and families
• Support permanency planning and coordinate care with community partners
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
• Participate in on‑site meetings, interviews, and program activities
