Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of housing and personal care services to adults with disabilities. We are seeking a Full‑time Services Specialist in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and administrative support to the Services Manager.
- Mentor staff and assist in staff development, including meeting with staff, modeling work behaviors, directing workflow, and helping with problem‑solving.
- Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injury, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health issues.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
