Marketing Coordinator
Position at Oakmont of the Lakes, a senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group LLC. Time:
Sun – Thurs. Pay range: $19.00/hr - $23.00/hr.
- Assist the Marketing Department with all administrative tasks, including event organization, telephone, walk‑in, and mail inquiries.
- Tour qualifying prospects and assist with resident move‑ins as needed.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s products and services to represent the community to referral sources and prospects accurately.
- Walk the community tour route each start of the day to ensure readiness for tours.
- Conduct tours as a backup to the Marketing Department.
- Handle inbound telephone, walk‑in and mail inquiries, including completing inquiry information cards, maintaining the ups list, entering new inquiries into the marketing database and following up per direction.
- Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours and tours to deposits using the sales process as needed.
- Organize, plan and manage marketing events, staying within the approved budget.
- Attend and participate in resident family inquiry and referral source special events, both inside and away from the community.
- Serve as a liaison for residents and family members new to the community and ensure a smooth transition.
- Follow a new move‑in checklist completely and accurately.
- Flexible with ability to adapt and respond to change, prioritize tasks.
- Make decisions in stressful situations.
- Process information and apply common sense to follow verbal or written instructions.
- Analyze, solve, and respond to problems or concerns.
- Perform moderately complex math calculations.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
- Obtain and maintain a valid First Aid certification.
- Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB.
- Be willing to undergo vaccinating, daily screening, surveillance testing and PPE usage per COVID‑19 guidelines.
