- Partner with business and marketing to implement detailed customer applications.
- Build microservice applications using best practices.
- Write high-quality, scalable, reusable, and fault-tolerant code.
- Write automated unit tests and perform API validations.
- Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations.

- Gather business requirements and groom user stories with Product Owners and Solution Architects.
- Set development standards and ensure high-quality technical documentation.
- Manage a team to deliver solutions addressing user and business problems.
- Identify and communicate development best practices to enhance team performance.
- Perform technical assessments of requirements for feasible implementation.
- Serve as a mentor and technical leader, fostering team growth.
- Participate actively in scrum/agile ceremonies.
- Gather, document, and deliver development requirements.
- Contribute to codebase improvements and new features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Communicate effectively with business and other departments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and RESTful Microservices.
- Experience with concurrency frameworks like Mono, Flux.
- Solid relational database experience (Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres).
- Experience with automated testing tools such as JUnit.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Git Lab, Swagger, Postman, SOAP UI.
- Knowledge of logging frameworks and monitoring tools (Kibana, ELK, Dynatrace).
- Understanding of Data Structures, Design patterns, and asynchronous programming.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Background in Financial Domain/Sector.
- Experience with ORM frameworks like Entity, Hibernate, Dapper.
- Experience with API authentication and authorization (OAuth).
- Knowledge of queuing/streaming engines like Kafka.
- Experience with Docker, GIT, Sonar Qube, and CI/CD deployment tools.
- Awareness of and experience with the BIAN framework.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, mentoring, and fostering continuous learning.
- Driving code quality through reviews and workshops.
- Ownership of the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with Scrum Master experience preferred.
