Senior C++ Back-End​/Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C++ Back-End or Full Stack Developer to join client's dynamic team in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for a developer with deep expertise in C++ or similar languages, strong database application development, and a background in regulated industries such as gambling, credit/lending, or payments.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using C++ or similar high-performance languages.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver full stack solutions when needed.
• Architect and optimize complex database systems (SQL and/or No
  
  SQL) for performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with gambling regulations and financial industry standards.
• Integrate secure payment gateways and credit/lending APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full stack development.
• Proficiency in C++, with experience in other languages such as Java, C#, or Python a plus.
• Strong experience with database design and development (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB).
• Familiarity with gambling regulations (e.g., Nevada Gaming Control Board standards) or financial compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC/AML).
• Experience with payment processing systems, credit/lending platforms, or fintech applications. Solid understanding of software architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience developing with React and React Native.
• Previous work in a regulated industry or with government compliance requirements.
