Position: Part - Time Instructor, Software - FY 2026
* Bachelors degree from an accredited College/University
* Teaching experience at the College or University level
* 2 years of occupational experience in one of the following areas
* Senior Developer/Programmer
* Personal Computer Developer/Programmer
* Applications Developer/Programmer
* Systems Developer/Programmer
* Lead Developer/Programmer
* Web Developer/Programmer
* Web Programmer
* Database Developer/Programmer
* Database Administrator
* Software Developer/Programmer
* Software Engineer
* Mobile Developer/Programmer
* Project Management
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Ability to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends.
* Masters or earned doctorate degree in computer science or related field.
* Previous teaching experience with adult learners.
* Experience with any Learning Management System (e.g. Canvas, Blackboard, etc.)
* The technical skills necessary for this position include familiarity with both the Macintosh and PC Platforms.
* Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Python, Java, and other high level languages.
* Web development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ASP.NET
* Database skills:
MySQL, SQL Server, SQL.
* Additional areas: mobile app development, database development, systems analysis and design and software development methodology
