Operations Technician

(formerly Kiwibot) is redefining real-world automation - no sci-fi, just robots with jobs. Founded in 2017 and rooted in Colombia's culture of innovation, the company has grown from campus pilots to one of the most active robot fleets on Earth, now operating across more than 30 campuses and cities worldwide. With headquarters in San Francisco and teams in Colombia and Taiwan,  builds purpose-driven robots designed for the present: wheeled, reliable, and delightfully functional.

Our technology powers last-mile delivery, mobile advertising, warehouse logistics, and food service operations - all aimed at making everyday systems smarter, faster, and more sustainable.

We recently acquired the  domain - not for the name, but for the moment. After completing over one million robotic tasks in under a year, we are scaling a movement that brings robotics out of the lab and into daily life. Our philosophy is simple: robots shouldn't be overdesigned for imaginary futures - they should be built for real-world work, now.

At , you'll be part of a global team turning that vision into action.

The Robot Operations Technician is a full-time, on-site role embedded directly in our campus robotics operations. This is a hands-on job for people who are good with their hands, good with tools, and want to work on real machines that are out in the world every day - not sitting behind a desk.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day technical health of our robot fleet, supporting both field operations and logistics at your assigned campus. New hires get structured onboarding and field training, so you'll have a solid foundation before you're running your site on your own. If you've got a background as a field tech, mechanic, electronics repair tech, or just love taking things apart and fixing them, this role gives you direct, hands-on work with robots at scale - with real paths to grow into senior technician, site lead, and regional roles.
