Hiring Fall and Winter CoachesSoccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program focused on character development. We are hiring Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches.

Starting at $15 - $22 per hour
, with opportunities to increase. Weekend coaches will conduct 5‑8 sessions per week, each lasting 35 to 45 minutes.

- Caring – engaging each child with specific and positive affirmation.
- Organized – planning ahead and conducting sessions according to the curriculum.
- Responsible – committing to the expectations of an outstanding coach and the face of Soccer Shots.
- Energetic – creating a fun, positive atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on every child.
- Attend coach meetings.
- Review the prepared online curriculum.
- Maintain equipment in proper condition and arrive 10‑15 minutes early to set up the field.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of every child.
- Follow the on‑site protocol provided by Soccer Shots supervision.
- Conduct fun, positive 35‑to‑45‑minute sessions following the weekly curriculum.
- Communicate promptly with supervisors about any changes or important information.
- Complete online attendance sheets for each session.
- Submit timesheet per payroll policy.
- Return equipment and leftover supplies to the supervisor after each season.
- Communicate with parents as needed.
- Attend meetings with the Director and/or Operations Specialist.
The position is part‑time, requiring 5‑8 classes per week during select weeks of the year. Saturday and Sunday availability is required during the season, and all employment is at‑will.
A successful candidate must complete a background check. Soccer Shots will assist with clearances.
