The Exercise Coach®, a hi-tech fitness and health studio, is adding a Full-Time Fitness Coach for the Summerlin North studio. Coaches work one-on-one or with small groups (2–4), offering guidance, motivation, and ensuring proper form and safety. Our studio’s advanced equipment tracks client progress, helping you support their goals. All staff also assist with client communication and scheduling. If you have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, communication skills and a passion for improving people's lives through health and fitness we've got a fun and fulfilling Fitness Coach position for you!

• Perform Fitness Evaluations
• Educate/Coach clients
• Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction
• Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education
• Track Client Progress
• Lead Follow Up
• Facilitate Consultations All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.

• High School Graduate (Required)
• Education in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy (Plus)
• AED/CPR Certification (Required before certification in our studio)
• Passion for Health & Fitness:

  You must be comfortable conversing in-person and on the phone, know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to the clients.
• People skills and personality:
  You must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting studio and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.
