CDL-A Driving | OTR

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 months Class A experience within the last 3 years (trucking school does not count)
• No SAP drivers
• Accidents, violations, criminal history reviewed case by case

• $1400+ weekly gross pay
• Home Time: flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Whether you prefer longer hauls to maximize earning potential or regionalized freight for more frequent home time, we’ll work with your preferences.
• 2,000–2,200 miles per week+
• 100% no-touch freight, with 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unload.
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
• Average length of each haul: 400 miles.
• Detention: $12.50 per hour after the second hour
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
• Performance Bonus:
  Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Full benefits, W2 position
