PARX offers a unique combination of proven experience, service quality, and technology to any relocation project, providing vehicle driveaway, auto carrier service, storage management, license and titling, reconditioning, detailing, repairs, and general maintenance services.

Your Role

The Field Office Manager ensures accurate vehicle relocation services while managing all field office operations. The manager follows PARS standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience, motivates teams, coordinates concurrent orders, delegates with clear expectations, and negotiates with vendors and independent contractors (ICs). The position is on-site during core business hours.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the execution of customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage on‑site vehicle storage/lot when applicable.
  • Coordinate customer vehicle pickup, move, and delivery with IC drivers.
  • Oversee complete, timely delivery of services including vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement.
  • Communicate via email, telephone, and CRM with PARS staff, ICs, and contacts.
  • Update CRM activities and notes promptly, including uploading photos and scanned documents.
  • Ensure compliance with PARS policies, DOT regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Take responsibility for all actions within the field office.
  • Deliver on profit and loss expectations: maintain profit margins, submit weekly expense reports, approve and submit IC invoices, manage office supplies and IC advertising, and review quarterly P&L statements with the Director of Outside Operations.
  • Maintain and manage the roster of IC drivers: recruit via networks and ads, interview with support from operations leadership, ensure legal compliance (licenses, medical cards), guide ICs on the PARS mobile app, resolve issues, and keep the driver database current.
  • Communicate effectively with the Internal Operations team: collaborate via phone, email, and website; assist in improving field efficiencies; maintain clear written and verbal communication.
  • Apply good judgment: adhere to labor laws, keep management updated by escalating issues when appropriate, and proactively prevent customer‑experience disruptions.

  • Willingness to work hours before and/or after normal business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) as needed, including peak workloads and some weekends.
  • Proficient with computers: manage orders through the PARS website; basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); photo upload, scanning, Adobe Acrobat Reader, internet searching, mapping software, and Microsoft CRM experience preferred.
  • Maintain a professional, cooperative, and considerate team attitude.
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Must be able to park a vehicle into tight spots.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline (or 4 years equivalent experience).
