Position: WAREHOUSE LEAD

The Warehouse Lead plays a key role within the Operations team by supporting daily warehouse functions and ensuring inventoried assets are handled with accuracy and care. This position is responsible for prepping equipment for events, checking product quality, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and client pickups. The Warehouse Lead also serves as a knowledgeable resource for warehouse procedures and product handling.

This is a hands-on role that may also support event installation and dismantling, based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation
  • Inspect equipment for cleanliness, damage, and overall readiness
  • Prepare and stage equipment for outgoing events and client pickups
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and internal equipment transfers
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization are maintained at all times
  • Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures
  • Support the installation and dismantling of events as needed
  • Gain and apply knowledge of all company products and equipment

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to lead a crew by example and give proper direction to others.

Physical Requirements
  • Physical ability to lift 65 lbs.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Required to work some nights, weekends, and holidays and work variable hours.
Experience & Education
  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or event-related environment preferred
  • Experience with inventory control or shipping/receiving is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
