Base pay range$62,500.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Join our fast-growing e-commerce distribution team in Las Vegas! We specialize in subscription-based, small-package goods and are looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to help support daily operations and drive excellence across our facility.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in materials control, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control
- Warehouse Management Software (WMS) experience
- Background in e-commerce fulfillment
- Proficiency in computer applications:
Excel, Word, email, and internet tools (skills will be tested) - Spanish language skills a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and plant safety programs
- Eligibility for forklift certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
, including required Saturday shifts during the five-week Q4 peak season - Associate Degree strongly preferred
- Print, pick, pack, and ship outbound orders using warehouse management software
- Lead inbound operations, including trailer off-loading and receiving of palletized or floor-loaded containers
- Manage batch distribution and track workloads assigned to packing teams
- Support inventory management, ensuring proper stock rotation and accurate order picking/staging
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile variances with system data
- Assist Warehouse Management Team in supervising warehouse associates
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to improve workflow, efficiency, and operational processes
- Complete and maintain all required documentation and reporting
