This position is a working lead who will not only lead but also perform a wide range of shipping and receiving tasks as needed. Verifies materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations. Prepares items for shipment ensuring cost effective courier services. Ensures the warehouse runs smoothly when management is offsite.

• Rotates throughout the day to support the daily operation from receiving to shipping
• Pick, pack, and process orders
• Ensure proper procedures and safe equipment operations are followed
• Ensure all incoming goods are properly put away in correct bin locations
• Receive and unload incoming goods
• Work closely with Warehouse Manager to ensure that job requirements are satisfactorily met
• Looks for continuous improvements in both productivity and quality.
• Capitalize on opportunities with urgency, commitment and responsiveness while supporting the customer and company needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Additional duties, responsibilities and special projects may be assigned from time to time.
• Key and alarm code holder.

• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.

• Basic computer knowledge.
