Compensation: $25.00 / Hourly
Work Schedule: Fully In Office - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

The P-Card and Expense Report Administrator is an intermediate-level role responsible for overseeing the organization’s procurement card program and expense reporting process, including setting up and managing cardholder accounts, monitoring card usage, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position handles account setup and deactivation, spend limit management, application processing, monthly reconciliations, reporting, and daily auditing of expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
This role works closely with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies, supports cardholders and employees with expense-related questions, and assists with check requests or urgent invoices. The administrator also provides general administrative support and contributes to process improvements and ad-hoc projects related to expense systems and policies. The position requires at least two years of relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with financial systems such as Concur and Oracle, and the ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
You’ll Need to Be Successful
- At least 2 years’ experience in corporate card program administration, expense management or financial operations
- Participation in improvement processes and various projects
- Proficient with MS Office, Oracle, Fusion, Concur and banks
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision
- Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience with multiple entities and managing of high-volume transactions and active cards
