This is a sales role built on relationships, empathy and expert communication.

• 6–8 hour day and evening shifts
• Full and part‑time positions available
• Minimum one‑weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

• Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
• Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy and wellness therapies.
• Support daily Retreat operations including check‑in, transitions and front desk excellence.
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, guest services or a wellness‑focused environment.
• Previous experience in membership sales is required.
• Natural ability to connect, listen and inspire trust.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
• Thrives in collaborative team settings.
• Lead, coach and train other Wellness Sales Specialists.
• Coachable personality and sales‑focused drive.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
