An automotive parts manufacturer near the LaSalle, IL area is looking for an Entry-Level Chemical Engineer. You will support the Lead Chemical Engineers. The ideal candidate would be someone looking to start their engineering career within a manufacturing environment.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.
This position has the opportunity for overtime and quick advancement
- Work with Lead Chemical Engineer to maintain equipment
- Work with suppliers to troubleshoot issues
- Conduct trial testing for new launch programs
- Assist on Kaizen activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
- New graduates welcome!
- Experience with Microsoft Office - strong ability in Microsoft Excel
- Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds
