We’re hiring a W-2 Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2025 – 2026 School Year. • Caseload:
  Multiple caseloads available (K–12)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday — Friday, 6:45AM — 3:15PM
• Hours:
  
  35 — 40 hours/week
• Dates:
  August 2025 — May 2026
• Location:
  
  Onsite in Illinois (hybrid may be possible for the right candidate)

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine OT needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation
• Document services and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Illinois License in Occupational Therapy
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in a school setting
