About the Role
Are you ready to shape the future—literally? As the Toolroom Assistant, you’ll be a key person to ensure our manufacturing processes are precise, ensuring our parts, that are used in critical industries like aerospace, automotive, construction and energy, meet demanding specifications. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a high‑speed, high‑detailed environment where every part you assist in making makes a difference.
Afew things that You’ll Do…
- Inspect, inventory and maintain all tooling
- Collect and distribute necessary tooling to departments, timely
- Operate all toolroom machinery, including and EDM machine
- Ensure the toolroom is properly maintained and all items are accounted for
- Inspect parts for quality accuracy using precision measuring tools.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Utilize a forklift to move material to and from the workstation.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Use computer software to maintain the toolroom and it's purposes

What We’re Looking For- Must be 18, or older
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- At least 1 year in manufacturing is required, with a preference of machine operation experience
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery, climbing and driving forktrucks.
- Strong mathematical skill is a must.
- The ability to periodically lift 75 lbs. is must
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
