Raymond West is looking for dynamic Processor/Aftermarket Quote Administrator to join our Service team! The Aftermarket Quote Administrator creates quotes with information provided by technicians and parts department for customer approval on service work needed/suggested.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track quotes to completion (approved/denied). Manage number of open quotes to keep them at a minimum company wide.
  • Answers questions a customer may have, gaining approval and obtaining purchase order, or denial.
  • Create quote and send to customer.
  • Enter quote information and customer special requirements into billing system.
  • 5S workstation and office area.
  • Orders Office Supplies.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Organizational Time Management skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office Suite and similar software.
  • General math abilities in creating quotes.
  • Multitasking and teamwork are imperative. Quick data entry skills and accurate, efficient 10-kay is required.
  • Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
  • Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in administrative support and customer service.

  • Position is sedentary and desk bound.

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Pay Range
  • The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
