Job Title: Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

Location: Onsite – Lathrop, CA

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Schedule: 3 different shifts available; candidates must be able to work at least 1 Saturday or Sunday per week

Duration: Seasonal role – November 12th through April

Introduction

4 Corner Resources is seeking Bilingual Technical Support Specialists to join our client’s team in Lathrop, CA. This seasonal position is responsible for supporting end users by studying technical applications, ensuring proper operations, making recommendations, and maximizing computer system capabilities. If you are passionate about providing hands‑on IT support and growing your technical skills, this is a great opportunity to do so in a fast‑paced environment.

Day‑to‑Day

Responsibilities
  • Assist with incoming IT requests via phone, tickets, and help desk orders
  • Provide excellent customer service by building rapport and solving technical issues
  • Test fixes to ensure problems are fully resolved
  • Track, document, and record help desk requests and issues within the system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems, including installations, updates, and configurations
  • Perform follow‑up calls to confirm client satisfaction with resolutions
  • Deliver hands‑on desktop support for end users
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 months of experience troubleshooting computer hardware or software (degree in Computer Science or IT may substitute)
  • Minimum of 3 months of experience with desktop operating systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Prior experience testing and maintaining computer systems
  • Strong passion to grow and develop technical support skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous help desk or desktop support experience
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and ticketing systems
  • Customer service background with proven problem‑solving abilities
