Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns in hospital settings. Manage antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including fetal monitoring, medication administration, and assistance with deliveries. Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and coordinate with obstetricians and the broader care team.

• Deliver direct nursing care across all labor and delivery phases
• Monitor fetal status and recognize changes requiring intervention
• Administer medications and support safe, appropriate clinical care
• Assist with deliveries and provide emergency response as needed
• Educate and support families while delivering culturally respectful care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Follow strict safety, compliance, and evidence-based practice standards

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Strong knowledge of maternal-newborn nursing and obstetric processes
• Ability to perform fetal monitoring and clinical assessments
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
