In-Out Burger is seeking a full-time FSQA Beef Technical Services Manager based in our Lathrop, CA food processing center. Alternate sites Lancaster, TX or Chino, CA may also be considered. You will lead FSQA initiatives across three facilities, manage regulatory compliance, vendor feedback, and R&D for beef safety and quality.
The role requires strong analytical, leadership and communication skills, with travel 20–50% monthly between production sites and a commitment to continuous improvement.
