Deli Shift Leaders supervise team members in the hot deli area, provide excellent guest service, assist the Deli Manager by ensuring food is fresh and area is clean and well stocked. Ideal candidate has basic knowledge of food safety standards and experience in the food service industry.

Starting between: $21.41 – $31.40 / hour

• Experience in a similar position with restaurant or food service background
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer‑focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Team player who interacts with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Work flexible schedule: nights, days, weekends, holidays
