As a Meat Cutter Apprentice, this position requires employees to meet daily production needs and quality standards in meat cutting and preparation. All employees display product in a fresh and appealing manner throughout the department. They process fresh and frozen products, package, prepare trays, weigh and label packages, rotate product and remove out‑of‑code date products. Employees also sanitize work areas in accordance with company standards and health department regulations.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months experience in a meat department.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and continuously walk, stand, reach, and bend.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong team player with a willingness and desire to learn, work hard, and have fun.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
