Service Technician III – Visalia, CA

In-N-Out Burger is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Service Technician to cover the Visalia, CA market. The technician must be HVAC certified and work with the Service department.

• Candidates must live within a 30‑mile radius of the service area.

• Maintenance and repair of all restaurant equipment—including cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, doors, shelves, etc.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Respond to stores in the region on short notice for emergencies.
• Observe all safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of the work area.

• Full‑time position, hourly (non‑exempt).
• Schedule:
  
  five (5) days a week with rotating schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Hours:
  
  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; occasional on‑call availability required.
• Travel: 25% travel required; preferred if the individual lives near Visalia.
• Pay Range: $34.00 – $38.15 per hour (final pay based on experience and other factors).

• EPA and HVAC certification.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in refrigeration, air‑conditioning repair, and restaurant equipment repair.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of high‑voltage AC power (3‑phase).
• ’Soda Fountain’ and trade‑school experience is a plus.
• Experience as a maintenance technician on commercial jobs.
• Valid California Driver’s License (company vehicle provided).
