Swift Transportation is now hiring CDL-A drivers for a paid trainee OTR opportunity based out of Lathrop, CA. Ifyou'verecently earned your CDL-A and are ready to gain real-world experience, this is your chance to hit the road with a professional mentor and build a successful career with one of the nation's leading carriers.

Through our mentorship program,you'llreceive hands-on over-the-road training, industry-leading support, and the opportunity to develop the skills needed to become a successful professional driver.

• $850 Average Weekly Pay in Lathrop, CA during training

Upon successful completion of the training program, drivers transition to the applicable trip, hourly, ordaily-based compensation program. After successfully upgrading to solo status, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed to earn at least $1,000 per week during their first
