Seasonal Equipment Operator – Wayfair

Location: Lathrop, CA

Shift Options:

• Sun‑Wed 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Wed‑Sat 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Mon‑Fri 5:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.

Competitive Hourly Wage: Starting at $23.75 per hour

Peak Performance Bonus: Earn an extra $400 bonus for successfully completing the peak season Oct 19 – Dec 13

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 6 months reach‑truck or cherry‑picker experience; comfortable with heights of 30 ft.
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and moving product up to 150+ lbs unassisted or via team lift.
• Able to read and speak English for safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate order pickers (cherry pickers), reach trucks, and scanning equipment to locate and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System.
• Proactively monitor order‑management systems to ensure all orders are received properly and provide detailed descriptions for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues.
• Accurately identify units for storage or shipment.
• Work at heights of 30 ft. and repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and maneuver product >150 lbs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
