BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).The BSP campus hosts 2 segregated facilities to serve the clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and High Potent Oncology drugs and Non-Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications.

Facilities designed to handle small and large molecules as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), Peptides, Proteins, Oligonucleotides and Nano Medicines.

BSP is technologically developed to meet the needs of innovators, with its High Containment Facility designed to offer a full range of integrated services aimed to support the entire life cycle of a product, from the formulation and process development / optimization, through scale up / scale down studies

Posizione
We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist - that will mainly ensure :

Business Intelligence and Reporting Activities

Create and update reports and dashboards by implementing tools, databases and Excel spreadsheets;

Monitor trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Procurement function;

Transform raw data from ERP into aggregate information useful for strategic analysis;

Supporting Procurement function activities

Collaborate with QA (Quality Assurance) and QS (Quality System) departments to categorize and map critical issues in the new supplier evaluation process;

Solve any deviations in the Procure to Pay process in collaboration with the Finance department;

Support the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team for ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) issues and green procurement;

Handle specific requests from customers (e.g., AEO certifications, questionnaires, and compliance audits);

Development of technology solutions and operations manuals

Act as the primary point of contact for Procurement and BI portals, including Change Request (CR) management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and helpdesk relationship;

Draft and update operations manuals and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure uniformity in internal processes;

Analyze current process flows (AS-IS) and propose improvements (TO-BE);

Integrate e-Procurement tools and security management platforms;

Monitor the supplier registration and manage the proper validation of documentation;

Requisiti

Master's Degree (Economics or tech would be a plus)

Professional knowledge of english

At least 3 years of experience in the same role in complex organizations
