Accounts Payable Specialist

• Perform a three-way purchase order match and process daily invoice payments.
• Administer the company credit card program.
• Reconcile and process petty cash reimbursements.
• Assist the team with daily processing and monthly closing activities.
• Import and export data between Excel and the ERP system for analysis.

• Education equivalent to a diploma or a 2-year degree in accounting or another business discipline.
• Experience that demonstrates the ability to work through monthly and annual accounting cycles; 2 years minimum preferred.
• Experience working within ERP financial systems with strong technology aptitude.
