Location: Latrobe , PA
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $240,000+ annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:

Join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing accessible, high-quality, and culturally sensitive mental health care to the community. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide outpatient psychiatric services to both adults and children.

You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in an outpatient setting.

  • Manage a diverse caseload that includes both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Support the FQHC s mission of accessible, community-focused healthcare.

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

  • Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain).

  • Commitment to serving a diverse and underserved patient population with empathy and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $240,000+ per year, commensurate with experience

  • Health Insurance: Employer covers 80% (employee portion: $41 $ 164/month)

  • Dental & Vision: Combined employee cost: $5.38/month

  • 403(b) Retirement Plan: 5% employer match

  • Paid Time Off: 20 days (160 hours) annually

  • Paid Holidays: 8 per year

  • CME: 5 days + $1,500 annual allowance
