As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes and support them with activities such as:
- Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
- Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments

Eligibility Requirements- Valid driver’s license or
- Access to reliable transportation
- No experience required; CNA certification is encouraged
- Commitment to professional development, including required training
Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location; please ask for complete details at your interview.
Sign-on Bonus Details- $1,000 sign-on bonus is valid for applicants effective 1/1/2025.
- Bonus paid in two increments: $500 after 500 hours of work from the start date, and $500 after 1,000 hours.
- Caregiver must be active at payout and meet a minimum of 85% electronic visit verification.
- Bonuses are paid within 30 days of eligibility.
- New caregivers and some former caregivers are eligible; transfer from other Help at Home companies may not be eligible.
