As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes and support them with activities such as:

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments

• Valid driver’s license or
• Access to reliable transportation
• No experience required; CNA certification is encouraged
• Commitment to professional development, including required training

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location; please ask for complete details at your interview.

• $1,000 sign-on bonus is valid for applicants effective 1/1/2025.
• Bonus paid in two increments: $500 after 500 hours of work from the start date, and $500 after 1,000 hours.
• Caregiver must be active at payout and meet a minimum of 85% electronic visit verification.
• Bonuses are paid within 30 days of eligibility.
• New caregivers and some former caregivers are eligible; transfer from other Help at Home companies may not be eligible.
