About the Role:
As an Activities Assistant, you will bring joy and energy to our residents by planning and leading engaging activities that enhance their well-being. From arts and crafts to outings and games, you'll create memorable experiences that make every day special.
What You'll Do:
- Lead fun and interactive group and one-on-one activities
- Encourage resident participation and foster a positive environment
- Prepare and organize materials and spaces for activities
- Assist with resident transportation to and from activities
- Maintain records of participation and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless activity execution
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Energetic, creative, and compassionate attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
