Senior; Network IT Manager

Job Title: IT Manager

Salary: $110K - $140K (potential bonus structure)

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of Network / Server / Sys Admin experience
• Experience in network design, routing, switching, firewalls
• Previous leadership experience, overseeing and developing mid-size teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 6-8 engineers and sys admins responsible for network, server, and security hardware, supervising and mentoring team development
• Collaborate with IT security leadership to implement security standards and policies, and oversee related projects
• Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, patching, and configuration
• Manage routing, switching, firewalls, and general network administration
• Support cybersecurity initiatives
• Travel to other locations may be required annually
