About Us

SPE Motorsport is a performance engineering company specializing in high-quality aftermarket parts for Ford platforms. All of our products are designed, machined, and assembled in-house at our 63,000 sq. ft. facility. We are a fast-growing, team-oriented company looking to add a skilled CNC Operator to our machining team.

We are seeking a motivated CNC Operator to run Haas mills and lathes in a high-precision, production-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on machining experience and strong attention to detail. Programming knowledge (CAM or conversational) is a big plus and will allow for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (primarily Haas equipment)
• Load, run, and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic offsets, tool changes, and adjustments during production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the work area
• Work closely with programmers and engineers to improve processes
• Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience (milling and/or turning)
• Experience with Haas controls preferred
• Ability to read and understand GD&T, prints, and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Programming knowledge (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
