We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 10-year-old female child in the Latrobe area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.

• 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM
  * Pick your own shifts!*

• Perform medication administration
• Monitor seizures
• Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Pediatric experience
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
• Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
