As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. You will work closely with nurses and other members of the care team to support residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.

• -Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• -Provide care with dignity, patience, and respect
• -Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• -Support residents' comfort, safety, and overall well-being
• -Maintain accurate communication with nurses and team members
• -Follow facility policies, care plans, and infection control practices

• -Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania preferred or required as applicable
• -Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
• -Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
• -Strong communication and teamwork skills
