American Traveler is hiring an RN
- Medical Surgical with at least 1 year of MS experience and an active PA or compact RN license, welcoming first-time travelers.

• Medical Surgical unit caring for orthopedic, neurosurgery, general surgery, and urology patients
• 1:6 patient ratios
• 3x12 hour day shifts (7:00-19:30) or night shifts (19:00-7:30) available
• Every other weekend required
• Floating within the hospital may be required, including to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

• Active PA or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical experience required
• Experience with nasal cannula, oxygen administration, and oxygen tanks required
• Skills in IV therapy/phlebotomy and peripheral line care required
• Experience with isolation precautions/PPE required
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for consideration

• Care for patients with orthopedic, neurosurgery, general surgery, and urology needs
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates must be willing to work every other holiday
• Travel pairs may be considered based on facility need, though the same schedule cannot be guaranteed
• Former permanent employees are not eligible unless they have been separated for at least 2 years
• Travelers are limited to a cumulative one-year assignment within the health system, followed by a required two-year break before returning
