• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure that it meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction.
• Oversee other managers, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit.
• Manage the Guest Service, Kitchen, and People Department Managers and their respective responsibilities.
• Possibly hire, develop, and train Department and Shift Managers.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants or hospitality/retail strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule, enthusiastic about fast‑paced environments.
• Experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew.
