The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling all of the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience that stands out from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; long periods may be required.
• Maintain safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and tools.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; operate vehicles.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina to move quickly and safely.
