As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol in Latrobe, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the technology and media location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff at the location.
• Document all security-related activities, incidents, and actions taken during the shift according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
