What to Expect as a Chen Med Physician:

- Monday - Friday NO nights or weekends
- Very light triaged telephonic call only
- Smaller patient panel (max 450), see members monthly vs annually - Physician-led organization- RVU's are a thing of the past. Be rewarded for better patient outcomes!
