• Assist patient with activities of daily living, transfer from bed to wheelchair
• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Provide personal hygiene assistance
• Remind client to take prescribed medication
• Help with mobility around the house
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
