Our branch in Launceston now has a vacancy for a Stock and Operational Process Assistant. This is a key role within a busy branch, where no two days are the same and at times, it can be challenging. The role is responsible for ensuring both stock and internal branch processes run smoothly and we are looking for someone who is prepared to get stuck in and get involved.
Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility on a day‑to‑day basis for stock at the branch.
- Order stock, follow up with suppliers, process returns and credits.
- Ensure stock levels meet relevant requirements.
- Experience working in a stock control or similar environment.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to interpret complex information, work quickly and diligently.
- Highly organised, able to focus on details and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service attitude and ability to build effective relationships.
