As a Call Hub Advisor at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration such as NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. There will be times when you will be required to be based on the shop floor, supporting customers with their in store journey.

The aim is to provide a top‑notch administrative service with the customer at the focus of all you do, supporting the store’s success.

Based in the heart of Launceston, our busy and successful store is full of welcoming and experienced team members ready to meet you!

• Part time – 24‑32 hours: ideally working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, although there is potential for some flexibility

• Previous telephony and administration is advantageous but not essential
• High level of customer service experience
• Working in a fast‑paced environment
• Organisational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Desire to learn and progress
• Friendly persona
