We’re recruiting for a Private Associate Dentist to join a brand new, independent dental practice in Sheers Barton near Launceston, Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to start and grow a private list in a fully modernised setting, with no NHS work and strong support from a cohesive clinical team.
About the Role:Start Date: 1st February 2027
Days Available: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 hours - times TBC
UDA Rate: N/A – fully private
Private Split: 45–50% including lab fees
Experience
Required:
Open to all levels of experience
NHS / Private Split: 100% Private
Number of Surgeries: 5
Digitalised: Fully digital
Software: Dentally
Equipment: Belmont chairs and X-ray units, Airflow, 3D scanners and CBCT
Facilities: Modern decontamination room, welcoming reception, staff room and changing area
Parking: Free on-site
Transport Links: Less than 2 miles from a major road (A30)
Requirements:- GDC registered
- Confident providing high-quality private dentistry
- Professional, patient-focused approach
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider practice team
- Strong communication and clinical skills
