Step into Learning is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work across 1:1, small groups and classroom settings, supporting learners with additional educational, behavioural, social or emotional needs. Under the direction of the Lead Tutor and SENDCo, you will promote independence, participation and achievement in an inclusive environment, while maintaining learner records and ILPs.
The role is 22.4 hours per week, part time, fixed term.
