A leading meat processing company near Launceston is searching for skilled Butchers, Deboners, and Trimmers. Successful candidates will perform de-boning and trimming of beef carcasses to ensure maximum meat yield to customer specifications. The role offers shifts from Monday to Friday and a base pay rate starting at £12.21 p/h, with potential bonuses for good performance increasing hourly rates to £15.32 p/h.

Experience in the food industry and strong knife skills are essential.
